30 years of China competence
The first time I came in touch with China was in high school in Zurich. Our history teacher revealed some mysteries after his trip to the country in 1982, so studying Sinology was my choice at the University of Zurich. In 1988, I ventured to the University of Wuhan for 2 years, a great choice as access to the Chinese was easy. China rapidly became my second home. For my master’s thesis, I frequently travelled to China to interview the first private entrepreneurs in Wuhan. In 1994, my first job brought me to a Swiss Bank, first in Zurich, then in Shanghai.
In 1996 I left for Germany to marry and establish my own consultancy in Kronberg, near Frankfurt. Since then I am a "frequent traveller" working as a coach, trainer, facilitator and mediator in Europe, China, South Korea, Japan and South East Asia. 25 years of experiences and knowhow have led to the writing of three books.
Curiosity, openness and tolerance
Since my birth "CULTURE CHALLENGES" are part of my life. They were not always easy to overcome, but overall they made me >more open and inquisitive, and enriched my life.

My customers value change, competencies and possibilities. They are convinced that a sustainable transformation can only be achieved by a deep esteem for the diversity of each person and the involvement of everyone in the process.
